Clonex® Rooting Products
Creating new plants through asexual propagation, or "cloning", is a successful and widely used horticultural technique that allows plant growers and gardeners to reproduce faithful copies of a source plant, otherwise known as a "mother plant". In this process, stem or leaf cuttings are taken from the mother plant, the cut being treated with Clonex® Rooting Compound, then stuck into a rooting medium. In a short time, new roots develop from the Clonex® treated cut area, and a new plant bearing the identical genetic characteristics of the mother plant, is born. Cloning plants is extremely useful in the mass production of seedlings for transplanting, and for the faithful reproduction of plants that don't reproduce true from seed.
Clonex® Rooting Compound Gel
Clonex® is a high performance, water-based, rooting compound developed by Growth Technology™ Ltd. It is a tenacious gel which will remain in contact around the stem, sealing the cut tissue and supplying the hormones needed to promote root cell development and vitamins to protect the delicate new root tissue.

Clonex® Rooting Compound Gel is and has been the foremost product in its field since its launch in 1989. Clonex® Rooting Compound Gel has succeeded because the formulation has been fine-tuned over hundreds of experiments to give the explosive root development that serious growers and plant nurseries now depend upon for successful and profitable plant propagation. Clonex® Rooting Compound Gel is completely alcohol-free.
Clonex® Rooting Compound Gel is available in 15ml single use packets (boxes of 18 packets), as well as 100ml and 250ml wide mouth bottles (cases of 12 bottles). 15ml single use packets treat approximately 50 cuttings.

Directions for Use
For promoting root growth in softwood and semi-hardwood cuttings. Dip cutting in Clonex® Rooting Compound to desired depth. Insert into rooting medium so that cut area is completely submerged. Mist cuttings and place in propagator.

Clonex® Clone Solution
Clonex® Clone Solution is a clone-specific nutrient for plants formulated using a special blend of minerals and other helpful ingredients. Used in conjunction with Clonex® Rooting Compound Gel (above) or other rooting agents, Clonex® Clone Solution encourages rapid root development while helping to minimize stress brought on through cutting.
Now another ten years of experience has underwritten our new product. Use Clonex® Clone Solution is the product of extensive new research and is designed to work in conjunction with Clonex® Rooting Gel Compound and other rooting agents for outstanding results.
Clonex® Clone Solution can be applied directly to the rooting medium and/or sprayed over the young clones. Available in 32 ounce (12 per case) and one gallon (4 per case) opaque bottles.

Directions for Use
General Use - Shake well before using!
Mix 10ml of Clonex® Clone Solution per liter of water (or 2 teaspoons per quart). Adjust pH, if necessary, to appropriate level (5.5 to 6.5). Soak rooting medium completely, allowing for adequate drainage to avoid over saturation. Continue with above dilution rate throughout the entire propagating cycle. Re moisten medium at least every other day or as needed.
Other Applications - For foliar applications, mix 5ml per liter of water (or 1 teaspoon per quart). Apply every 2 days with freshly mixed solution only.
Storage
Store in the original container in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not store in direct sunlight or excessive heat.
